Deposit Payments: A non-refundable land deposit of $270 per person is required for coach tours, $183 per person for self drive and city holidays. Deposits are required within 5 days of making the reservation.
Final Payments: Full payment must be made no later than 70 days prior to departure date for coach tours and self-drives. CIE Tours accepts payment by above credit cards or Electronic Bank Transfer. If payment is not received as scheduled, your reservation will automatically cancel and deposit payment become forfeit

The total tour cost includes the tour price (regular or promotional) and the compulsory local payment. The promotional price is subject to change. Check directly with the operator for the latest price offer. The tour operator requires you to pay only the tour price to purchase your travel. The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.

All cancellations must be advised in writing (by mail, fax or e-mail) to CIE Tours prior to tour departure during normal business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm GMT/BST, Mondays through Fridays). Cancellations received within 70 days of departure date are subject to the following penalties on the land portion:

45 & 8 days 35% per person
7 & 1 days 50% per person
On day of departure 100% per person
Minimum cancellation fees are $38 per person.
