The total tour cost includes the tour price (regular or promotional) and the compulsory local payment. The promotional price is subject to change. The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Parts of your accommodation stay on this tour will include three star accommodation. Hotels will be confirmed once the booking in made.
The actual hotels used for any given tour may change due to many reasons such as group size, availability, time of year, hotel standard has dropped or simply we found a better hotel. If and when we do change hotels it will be to a hotel of equal or higher standard and will be at no extra cost.
The cancellation charges for our holidays depend upon when your written notice is received and the loss incurred by you will be as follows (relevant to the total value of the package):
- More than 70 days, Loss of Total Deposit Paid Only
- 29 - 70 day, 60% loss of your tour price
- 15- 28 days, 80% loss of your tour price
- 14 days or less, 100% loss of your tour price
