The total tour cost includes the tour price (regular or promotional) and the compulsory local payment. The promotional price is subject to change. Check directly with the operator for the latest price offer. The tour operator requires you to pay only the tour price to purchase your travel. The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.

If Days prior to trip is 61+ , then Fee per person is $1,000
If Days prior to trip is 31-60 , then Fee per person is 50% of trip price
If Days prior to trip 0-30, then Fee per person is 100% of trip price
Please note the following details regarding DuVine’s Cancellation Policy:
- Trip price includes anything purchased from DuVine directly as part of your tour, including upgrades and single supplements.
- Guests who fail to provide a signed Release of Liability prior to trip departure will not be allowed to join the trip and the cancellation policy will apply.
- DuVine reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time for any reason. On the rare occasions when DuVine must cancel a trip, all tour payments received to date will be refunded, which constitutes full settlement.
- DuVine is not responsible for any personal expenses incurred due to changes in itineraries or tour cancellations, such as prepaid hotel accommodations or airline tickets. We recommend confirming your trip with DuVine before making travel arrangements that might be non-refundable as well as purchasing travel insurance.
- Travel insurance is non-refundable but is strongly advised to protect you in the unfortunate event that you have to cancel or leave your trip.
- Private Tour packages may be subject to different terms and conditions as outlined in the final proposal.
