The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.

Accommodation
Refund or Cancellations Fees
The following scale of charges will apply when cancellation is notified.
- If Number of days prior to departure is 20 days or more, then the Cancellation fee is full refund (minus processing fee)
- If Number of days prior to departure is 19-1 days, then the Cancellation fee is 50%
- Day of departure, then the Cancellation fee is 100%
Cancellation Policy for groups of 10 or more people
Because hotels and transportation providers require a non-refundable deposit for large groups, once you pay for your trip, that payment cannot be refunded. For a group of 10 or more people we require the following:
- 25% of the total trip cost due 60 days prior to trip start date.
- 50% of the total trip cost due 30 days prior to trip start date.
- Remainder of total trip cost due 15 days prior to trip start date.
