Itinerary
Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to your hotel in Lake Bled. Check in, freshen up, and take a stroll through the neighborhood! This evening, you'll be transferred to Radovljica to visit the Apian Museum! The museum takes a closer look at the tradition of beekeeping. You'll have the opportunity to observe a live beehive in action! Then, dine on a welcome dinner at a local restaurant.
Today, you'll visit Bled Castle and take the "Pletna" boat to the island in the middle of the lake. Continue on to Kransjka Gora and Kobarid to visit the First World War museum.
Tonight, travel to the Goriska Brda region for dinner and a wine tasting at a typical farm!
Your day starts with a tour of the hilly Goriska Brda region. Stop in Gonjače and climb up a tower for panoramic views of the Slovenian Tuscany hills. Then, visit Smartno village and Dobrovo Castle.
In the afternoon, visit the Goriska Brda wine cellar and sip local wines! Visit a local farm and dine on lunch. Arrive in Portoroz in the afternoon for your overnight.
Today, take a sightseeing tour of Piran and Koper, where you'll visit the Vina Koper wine cellar! Sample the famous refosco wines here. Then, continue on to Lipica stud farm to see the Lipica white horses.
Enjoy another wine tasting at one of the best Teran wine producers near Dutovlje.
Arrive in Maribor and dine tonight in a local restaurant.
Take a sightseeing tour of Maribor today, followed by a visit to Vinag wine cellar with a tasting!
Continue on to Ptuj and visit the castle in the Old Town. Then, you'll drive to Jeruzalem Hill for a delicious dinner with wine at a local "Gostilna."
Return to Maribor for the evening.
This morning, you'll drive through Bizeljsko vineyards to Novo Mesto. Visit the Rogaška crystal factory, followed by the Olimje monastery. Continue on to a local repnica, a wine and harvest cellar that is unique to the Bizeljsko region.
Then, dine tonight in a small cottage among the Trska gora vineyards with views of Novo Mesto and Gorjanci!
Spend this morning at leisure, perhaps indulging in a spa treatment or a moment of relaxation!
Then, continue on to Ljubljana for a short city tour. Dine on your farewell dinner tonight at a local restaurant.
Today, you will be transferred to the Ljubljana Airport for your flight home!
