The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.

Accommodation
Cancellation should be received in writing the email. In case the cancellation happens before 40 days from the departure date it will be subjected to 6% of the total amount received and will be deducted by the bank for transaction fees. More than 40 days before your arrival, 6% of the deposit paid will be charged as a bank transaction fee. Between 40 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged. Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival, date 50% of the entire tour price will be charged. Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival, date 75% of the entire tour price will be charged. Between 7 and 1 day before your arrival, date 100% of the entire tour price will be charged. Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.
