The total tour cost includes the tour price (regular or promotional) and the compulsory local payment. The promotional price is subject to change. The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.

Accommodation
All cancellations notifications for bookings or reservations must be communicated to Love & Dove Africa in writing, 30 days or longer prior to the date of commencement of the tour, and 20% of the reservation or booking will be non-refundable and the remaining balance will be refunded.
In event the cancellation notification is communicated in writing and received between 14 and 29 daysbefore the commencement of the tour, 50% of the package price will be non-refundable. If the cancellation is communicated in writing and received in less than 14 days before the commencement of the tour, 100% of the package price will be retained by Love & Dove Africa and any outstanding payments of the total package price will instantly payable to Love & Dove Africa.
In event the a substitute is found by the person seeking to cancel the tour within 14 days of the commencement of the tour, and the substitute is fully recorded as a replacement with Love & Dove Africa, funds will not be retained and the replacementwill effectively commence the tour as previously scheduled. But, if no substitute is found within 14 days, 100% penalty will be imposed.
