Cusco - Puno. Leaving Cusco, we journey through the highlands of Peru to Puno today. Set on the shores of Lake Titicaca, this town is a melting pot of Aymara and Quechuan Indian cultures, where you can still witness traditional Andean customs. This afternoon there's a boat trip on Lake Titicaca to visit the remarkable floating islands of Uros, which are made entirely from totora reeds.

Puno - Copacabana - Isla del Sol (Bolivia). This morning we cross the border into Bolivia and head to the picturesque town of Copacabana set on the shores of Lake Titicaca.
