Built in 2003, the MS Midnatsol features nine decks which include an outdoor Jacuzzi area, fitness room and sauna, library, restaurant, bars, shop, and more! Enjoy exciting lectures led by your Expedition Team, or take in the stunning views of pristine Antarctica either from the indoor, two-story panorama lounge with its wall-to-wall windows, or from the uncovered deck viewing area which offers unobstructed views. Typically breakfast and lunch will be served buffet style while dinners may be seated dining or buffet style. The food on board is locally sourced with a Scandinavian influence. Complimentary water, tea, and coffee is provided. Soda and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. Wifi is available for purchase and can be used in common areas (when available). Your cruise will include a water or wind-resistant jacket (yours to keep!), landings and activities on board, a professional English-speaking Expedition Team, and complimentary use of muck rubber boots during landings (if you have very small or very large feet, require special orthopedics, or have very wide calves you should bring your own calf-high muck boots).
