- For cancellations notified between the confirmation date and until 61 calendar days prior to the first service date, the 30% deposit will not be refunded; - For cancellations notified between 60 to 31 calendar days prior to the first service date, the 50% of the amount paid will not be refunded; - For cancellations notified within 30 calendar days to the first service date and in case of No-show, the total amount paid will not be refunded.
