Itinerary
We'll depart Barcelona at 8:00am driving through Lerida. We'll arrive in Zaragoza, where we'll make brief stop. We'll travel on to Madrid - Spain's capital and largest city, which features a blend of styles and architectures from various time periods.
After breakfast, we'll leave Madrid traveling through La Mancha Country to Cordoba. We'll tour this fascinating city with stops at Cordoba's famous Mosque-Cathedral and medieval Jewish Quarter. We'll then depart Cordoba for Seville, where we'll eat dinner and stay overnight. You may join an optional tour to attend a flamenco show.
We'll embark on a morning Sevilla tour seeing city landmarks such as the labyrinth-like Barrio de Santa Cruz, the enchanting Parque of Maria Luisa, and the Plaza de Espana with its amazing Renaissance Revival architecture that inspired settings ...
We'll enjoy breakfast before traveling to Granada. We'll take a sightseeing tour including the impressive Alhambra with its beautiful Nazari Palace and the Generalife. We'll have dinner and then you have a chance to make an optional visit to the caves of Sacromonte and attend a typical show of gypsy flamenco.
After breakfast, we'll depart Granada via Guadix, Baza and Puerto Lumbreras. We'll travel toward the Mediterranean coast to arrive in Valencia. Valencia is the third most populous metropolitan area in Spain behind Madrid and Barcelona. The famous Spanish dish of Paella originated in this beautiful city.
You'll have free time to explore Valencia and its many impressive landmarks and beaches after breakfast. We'll then depart Valencia to return back to Barcelona to end our tour.
