The total tour cost includes the tour price (regular or promotional) and the compulsory local payment. The promotional price is subject to change. Check directly with the operator for the latest price offer. The tour operator requires you to pay only the tour price to purchase your travel. The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.

Transportation & flights
You, or any member of your party, may cancel your tour at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the lead name in writing. Notice of cancellation will be effective upon receipt of your written communication and acknowledgement by Trails Beyond or its authorized agents. As we start to incur costs from the time the contract is confirmed, cancellation fees will apply as shown below. The date of the cancellation notice is the date said notice is received by the Company.
- If you cancel within 14 days from your booking We will retain only $57 per person for administration costs
- If you cancel more than 60 days prior to departure We will only retain the deposit 30%
- If you cancel between 59 days and 30 days prior to departure We will retain the deposit plus 20% of the tour cost
- If you cancel between 29 days and 15 days prior to departure We will retain 60% of the tour cost
- If you cancel less than 15 days prior to departure We will retain 85% of the tour cost
