Dates & Availability
- Deposits: $400 per person for single-week Untours; $400 per person for each two-week Untour, and $200 per person for each additional one-week Untour add-on. Prague-Budapest-Vienna and Rome-Florence-Venice: one $600 deposit.
- Final Payment: Remaining balance is due 70 days before departure for all Untourists.
- Changes within 45 days may be subject to fees.

The total tour cost includes the tour price (regular or promotional) and the compulsory local payment. The promotional price is subject to change. Check directly with the operator for the latest price offer. The tour operator requires you to pay only the tour price to purchase your travel. The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.

- If Untours is notified more than 70 days prior to arrival in the first apartment, the following will be forfeited: $250 of each of your $400 deposits and half of any $200 deposits paid for one-week add-ons. If Untours has issued tickets on flights approved by you, your entire deposit will be forfeited.
- If Untours is notified 70 days or less and 35 days or more prior to arrival in the first apartment, the following will be forfeited: $250 of each of your $400 deposits and half of any $200 deposits paid for one-week add-ons; cancellation fees for any flight tickets, transportation passes or rail tickets purchased for you by Untours; and 25 percent of the Ground Only Untour fee including any apartment supplements. If you cancel 70-35 days prior to arrival in the first apartment, but have not paid in full, Untours will keep your deposit until payment is made as described above.
- If Untours is notified 34 days or less and 3 days or more before arrival, the following will be forfeited: $250 of each of your $400 deposits and half of any $200 deposits paid for one-week add-ons; cancellation fees for any flight tickets, transportation passes or rail tickets purchased for you by Untours; and 50 percent of the Ground Only Untour fee including any apartment supplements. If you cancel 34-3 days prior to arrival in the first apartment, but have not paid in full, Untours will keep your deposit until payment is made as described above.
- If Untours is notified of a cancellation 2 days or less before arrival, all trip costs are non-refundable
