Its as rich in wine as it is in topography and beauty, in fact, California’s beloved zinfandel grape was discovered in Croatia. We would like to introduce wine lovers to this new wine frontier by guiding you on this exciting adventure with many winery visits blended with cultural and culinary experiences. Croatia has two primary wine regions, Primorska Hrvatska (“Coastal Croatia”) and Kontinentalna Hrvatska (“Continental Croatia”). The wineries in these regions spread northeast from the shores of the Dalmation Coast to the floodplains of the Danube River.
