Landscape was beautiful (even in the pouring rain), people on the walk/hike with us were all fine folks, and nothing I have ever known was like the care and attention we received before the trip. "After an international trip was postponed for a third time due to COVID, my wife and I decided, last minute, to book a trip to Italy. We reached out to three self-drive tour companies, two of which - including VitorItaly - were less than half of the third quote. Ultimately we decided to go with Marcello because of his quote and responsiveness. With only a few weeks to book all of the accommodations and tours, Marcello got everything done and was very communicative throughout. We drove over 2200 km on our trip throughout Italy and Marcello booked a fantastic variety of lodgings: for example a country house near Pienza, a luxury hotel on the lagoon in Venice, and a country estate in Urbino surrounded by an organic farm and vineyard. At an olive oil mill nera Florence, we really enjoyed our time and our large order of fantastic tasting olive oil arrived yesterday. Ughetta was fantastic and gave us a great tour of their facility! Furthermore, while in Italy we could reach out to Marcello via WhatsApp and he continued to be incredibly responsive. Thanks Marcello!"

"Who said you can not enjoy a long Overland Safari? I had a wonderful time during the 7 month Trans Africa. Part of the West cost of Africa was a challenge which I will remember for a long time. The scenery and wildlife from Namibia onwards was breathtaking. The younger generation on the truck gave me the challenge to do things I always was to scared to do in my live. I did tandem skydiving, quad bike riding in the sand dunes, white water rafting on the Zambezi river, bungy jumping of the Victoria Bridge and the micro light flight over the Victoria Falls. Our driver Brian was excellent and a good mate. All in all I can recommend the tour to people who like something more exciting than a standard organised tour. A truly memorable experience of a lifetime."

"BEWARE! This company was terribly disorganized in trying to plan our trip to Morocco. They did not book our hotels properly and could not provide the trip they promised and we had paid for. They did not know our flight information, and could not provide any details a week out as to who would be guiding us on our tour, etc. When THEY offered to provide a full refund given their mistake, we cancelled our trip and have been trying to get our money back ever since. They have blocked our calls and do not answer our emails. They keep promising the check and it is more than 30 days since due. This check is not coming to us. They have tried to convince us not to contact the credit card company (in hopes that the we wait too long and the credit card can no longer win a dispute). DO NOT BOOK!!"
