"We had a really terrible 10 days aboard the Glen Etive. They are short staffed so used temporary and inexperienced staff. The customer care was poor, cabins not cleaned, boat broke down, we did not get to the outer Hebrides- instead travelling up and down the Scottish coast. We felt unsafe on the tender - receiving help from the RNLI on one occasion. We hardly slept on the hard beds. Overall. Would not recommend to anyone"

"For me Outward Bound had entirely the opposite effect it hopes to. It left me doubting myself and with diminished sense of self worth. Due to all the talk of being strong and doing hard things and we can all do hard things etc, it made me blame myself. It wasn’t me. It was the experience."

Tour guides are good and very informative about places visited and the history of these places, Got back today from visiting Ireland and the Giants Causeway and again the holiday was excellent, the Station Hotel in Letterkenny was clean, comfortable with friendly staff and Brian Dodd certainly made sure we had a good holiday. Thank you to all concerned."
