"We booked a trip to Italy with Sky Vacations and could not have been happier with the results. We didn’t want to do the usual tourist visits because we had been to Italy before. They designed a trip that took us to Umbria and Marche and Lake Bracciano and it was great. "The trip successful and enjoyable. We loved Bilbao, not only the Guggenheim but also the Miro Hotel. They couldn't have been nicer. We would recommend it highly. Barcelona was fascinating and the guides, Christina, Albert (driver) and Delores, were excellent. The hotel was very well situated for all the sites we wanted to see. Our only complaint was that the hotel was very noisy at night outside our room because many of the guests were inconsiderate. The rooms were very small. On the other hand, the staff was very helpful and pleasant. One major issue and a disappointment was the fact that we had told you that the main reason we wanted to go to Girona was to visit the former Jewish section. However, no one, not you, not the local tour company with whom you dealt, and not our guide did the proper research into the Jewish museum's hours. The local guide was excellent at the Dali museum but did not seem to know much about the Jewish history in Girona. When we arrived at the museum at 3 p.m. we discovered that it closed at 2 p.m. on Sundays. You can imagine our disappointment as the museum is the only place to learn the history. Despite this, we appreciated all your efforts. It was a great trip all around."
