BEWARE! This company was terribly disorganized in trying to plan our trip to Morocco. They did not book our hotels properly and could not provide the trip they promised and we had paid for. They did not know our flight information, and could not provide any details a week out as to who would be guiding us on our tour, etc. When THEY offered to provide a full refund given their mistake, we cancelled our trip and have been trying to get our money back ever since. They have blocked our calls and do not answer our emails. They keep promising the check and it is more than 30 days since due. This check is not coming to us. They have tried to convince us not to contact the credit card company (in hopes that the we wait too long and the credit card can no longer win a dispute). DO NOT BOOK!!

First of all a big thank you for organizing our trip in which all went well with exception to only hiccup of drinking water...we're Indians! A bit difficult but not as bad as the majority...we are Goans with a culture different from rest of India..

All the organization was superb, guides transport sites hotels and their location etc, all the group appreciated and enjoyed the Morocco Spain travel.

Landed home yesterday after an extended vacation to Portugal for family visit, now getting over the jet lag and then back to work.

Morocco was a dream-come-true vacation for me. I cannot thank Charlie the Traveler and his local contacts (Medhi, my travel concierge, &amp; co.) enough—it went beyond my expectations and was really superb. The riads and hotels were gorgeous, the meals delicious, and all of my guides and drivers worked to meet my needs and tailor the experience so it was memorable. I was a little nervous because I was traveling alone and everything was new to me, but I was provided first-class hospitality and in good hands every step of the way. There was a good variety of sightseeing and activities on this tour. As for souvenirs, so many great finds that I left clothes behind to make room in my suitcases. The desert camp was fun and the sky was amazing—my whole life, I have never seen the cosmos light up like that—and watching the sun rise over the Sahara was magical. I was paired with guides who were local to their cities, which was a nice touch, and each day was enriching and educational. Seeing the architecture &amp; the artisans at work were just some aspects to Maroc where it’s this blend of old and new you should see yourself to truly appreciate. Even on day trips, I got to see so many different parts of the country, every visual along the road was a treat. The cooking class was outside my comfort zone, but I showed up and the host family was so kind and gracious—everyone was like this in Morocco. Each day I thought was the high point, it turned out there was more to come. Excellent value, great adventure, stunning visuals. Charlie &amp; co. always made themselves available to smooth out any inevitable bumps in the road you encounter while traveling. I highly recommend. J’adore le Maroc!

Morocco seemed to have everything I wanted in a trip – beaches, museums, beautiful buildings, markets. I don’t think I had a moment on this tour that I didn’t like. CharlieTheTraveler organized a great trip to this destination. My favorite part was going to the markets, as this is the best way to be immersed into the culture of the native people.

My sister wanted to travel with me but neither of us were willing to plan a whole trip. I had read reviews on multiple touring companies but found CharlieTheTraveler had the best reviews with the best-sounding trips. As soon as I booked for her and I, I was immediately impressed by the company. Preparing for the trip was made easy by the detailed itinerary provided. There was also excellent communication made, so by the time we got to Morocco, I knew I was in good hands with the tour guide. My safety was definitely the company’s main priority, which allowed me to actually enjoy myself.

I recently returned from my trip to Morocco through this company. I am truly impressed by everything they did to make sure I had the best 11 days in such a wonderful country. They highlighted the best aspects of the destination and ensured I was fully prepared for all of the daytrips that were planned. I am excited to see what other trips they have available and book my next one!
