The Western Balkans uncovered trip was amazing. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me gain a deeper understanding of the history, culture, and people of the countries we visited. This is an area of the world whose history rarely, if ever gets taught in history classes in the US.

For those who want to explore the lesser known parts of Europe, this tour is going to be for you. My tour guide, Saimir was a wealth of information. He made it an immersive and unforgettable experience. Strongly recommend this trip! :)

Great travel destination--cities, mountains, lakes, Adriatic Sea. However, be mindful of the time available to explore on your own; even though you have a tour leader, the lack of local tour guides diminishes overall cultural experience. Would have preferred more time in Croatia and less time in Macedonia
