"I went on a private 3-day tour of Mexico City with Vibe Adventures and our guide, Jorge, and it was absolutely amazing! The tour took us to the national anthropology museum, the historic center, Xochimilco, Coyoacan and its Frida Kahlo museum, and the incredible Teotihuacan ruins. Jorge was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Mexican history and culture, which made the tour even more interesting. Visiting the National Anthropology Museum was a highlight, as we got to see artifacts from ancient civilizations. Exploring the historic center, Xochimilco, and Coyoacan allowed us to experience the city's vibrant culture and beautiful surroundings. The trip to the Teotihuacan ruins was breathtaking, and Jorge's explanations made it easy to understand the significance of this ancient site."

"My husband and I booked a trip over a year ago with Sojourn for one specific reason, we were able to drive there and not have to take a plane. We have a doctors note stating my husband is unable to fly due to medical reasons. Now due to covid we cannot cross the boarder to get there so we have to cancel. I spoke with the owner of the company approximately late July and he suggested we wait to see what the U.S Government would decide on August 23 2021. I called him once it was confirmed that the boarder would be closed until September 29 2021 and wanted to cancel as it was getting to close. We paid over $6000 Canadian. The company has a waiting list for this particular time and trip and our place has already been filled, however, the owner will only refund us $2025. He refuses to refund the rest. We are so angry and disappointed as this was a lot of money and nothing to him. Now we are unable to plan a trip in Canada that we could actually get to. We thought we could trust this company as we had travelled with them before, sadly the owners greed wins and we are out a significant amount of money. I do not recommend booking with this company and will not ever again."

"I have been a return guest of SOW for the past 4 years, and time after time, they never disappoint. Through their trips, it is quite evident that they always treat their guests with high quality service coupled with stories, smiles, laughter, and endless knowledge about marine life, environment, and kayaking, Each of the staff have pure joy for their jobs! I have specific needs due to living with a disability and unfortunately, there are a very few companies that will "take the risk" and include me on their trips. SOW had no hesitation and just was willing to be curious to work with me to determine the appropriate options to make it work for both of us. It took open and honest communication to ensure that trips safe for both of us, while not compromising the service for their other guests on the trips. It takes understanding from both ends. Thank you for your acceptance, honesty, and problem-solving to makes things work. And the weeks of being in the outdoors with the wildlife are simply magical and bliss! These are the weeks that I look forward too over the years because it reminds me the simplicities of life - enjoying being in the outdoors, the company of others, and witnessing the beauty of wildlife. "I will give you the short version- My 18 year old child rode the bus from the Chateau Lake Louise to the Calgary airport-they are very well traveled and smart. -Bus stops in Banff, driver said we are stopping and leaving at 6:30pm. 18 year old came back at 6:25pm-NO BUS. GONE. -I get a call from bus service panicked-they can't find my child. I call my child-they are waiting at the designated location...NO BUS. -Staff from Banff Fairmont take them to the bus.Very helpful. -My child gets on the bus...bus starts rolling. STOPS...driver turns on ALL the lights and MAKES MY CHILD APOLOGIZE TO THE WHOLE BUS FOR MAKING THEM LATE. Driver said that the misunderstanding on meeting time was my childs fault and made everyone on the bus think that it was the drivers fault. -My child stood up and apologized to all the riders on the bus and then sat in the back and cried. -I AM APALLED THAT AN ADULT WOULD PUBLICLY SHAME AN 18 YEAR OLD IN FROM OF COMPLETE STRANGERS WHEN IT WAS CLEARLY CLEARLY CLEARY THEIR FAULT. I WILL NEVER I REPEAT NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I WILL WALK."

"My group of 23 patrons arranged an 11 day trip to Hawaii which also included a stay in San Francisco and Grand Canyon. Of those 11 days, 3 of them were arranged in such a way that our airline flights were booked in afternoon and nothing was arranged for the morning. When we inquired about these gaps in the schedule, we were informed that we should “just relax on those days”. We were never informed of check in times so we were often rushed in the afternoons. We arranged several excursions through your company at great expense but none of them were arranged correctly. Most days comprised of a Burger King lunch or preordered tacos. What happened to the “delicious cuisine” we were promised? We requested a trip to the Shiv temple. All we got was to see the outside because your company didn’t bother checking to see if appointments were needed to tour the inside. We were told there would be whale watching but no arrangements were made and when we inquired about that, we were given a ridiculous amount of excuses. We arranged for a trip to Napa valley. Once again your company failed to check on your requirements and didn’t make reservations, therefore we couldn’t tour any winery and just spent 20 minutes walking around outside. I am absolutely disgusted with your company and after spending thousands of dollars with you, I expected an elaborate vacation. I would have been better off arranging my own flights and hotel and having the hotel concierge arrange our excursions. We will never use your company again and we will be sure to publish this exact email on social media."
