"Found company on the internet and we were a bit nervous. Alick Peng put a 12 day tour together for us, our dates didn't fit in with a full guided tour, and it was magnificent. We enjoyed every day, hotels, food and especially the guides, Ayumi especially. The itinerary was first class and we even managed to travel between towns on our own. Tickets, routes, and guidelines were clear and easy to follow. The only time we got lost was trying to get out of Tokyo station. Once again, thanks."

"Oct 2019 - We have just returned from a 26 day 'Wendy Wu - Grand Tour of China' which was absolutely EXCELLENT!!! Our China holiday gave us an insight into a beautiful country, rich in history and tradition. We were extremely impressed with its clean and safe modern cities filled with beautiful helpful people. Our National Guide was Sam Gao who was very professional, his expert knowledge of history and facts on every city and region we visited was interesting and educational. Sam, together with the local guides, made the tour fun and a very enjoyable experience. "My bestfriend and I had this AMAZING trip booked to Thailand for my 50th birthday at the end of March. We planned to travel to 3 different cities in 10 days and had excursions and tours planned for every day through EXO Travel.......then Corona hit. Needless to say, traveling to Thailand was not an option. Across the globe, international travel was restricted/halted and flights were canceled. We contacted EXO about refunding our money and they flat out refused. They were not interested in the why's, details or circumstances, it was a hard NO. We each spent $1,500 on excursions/tours with this company and they refuse to give our money back despite the fact that there's a WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC going on and travel into Thailand was shut down. We couldn't get there even if we tried!!! Entry into the country is STILL shut down for tourists and yet they refuse to refund our money. They are RUDE, UNCOOPERATIVE AND FLAT OUT UNETHICAL!! DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRIP THROUGH EXO TRAVEL!"

"Absolutely amazing two week trip to Mexico. Phoebe was very knowledgeable and helped us plan a fabulous itinerary. The hotels she'd recommended were perfect and in excellent locations. Our guides were helpful, friendly and spoke excellent English and when we contacted the Mexico office to squeeze in another excursion, they were responsive and immediately organised everything.
