"I had booked a 6-day tour for July 2020 with Arctic Adventures using the latter’s well – promoted promo code MULTIDAY15 (opting for their offer for a full refund in case of cancellation up to 72 hours before the tour starts). Due to Covid - 19 situation, I had to cancel the tour. Since then, they have refused to provide me with a full refund - as it was explicitly described on their website - alleging that on 1st of July 2020 they were granted an authorization for financial restructuring because of financial problems from mid-March, although I had submitted my request for refund long before the date on which they were granted the aforesaid authorization for financial restructuring. In confirmation of their bad faith, they have refused to provide me even with the proof documentation that my request for refund was ever processed by their financial department (i.e. the relevant communication with the bank). Last but not least, they were advertising and promoting offers on their website promising tours with "free cancellation" and “full refund”, even after their alleged financial problems from mid – March; that is to say they were consciously acting against the principles of good faith and business ethics. Due to their unprofessional, deceptive and unethical behavior, I have been incurring high interests on my credit card, since the latter was immediately charged after my booking and therefore I do not have any other choice but to report all the aforementioned facts to the competent authorities of Iceland and take legal action against them. In consideration of the above, I would discourage anyone from booking with Arctic Adventures in the future on the grounds that they intentionally misled me through their website and kept my money for services they never provided."

"Put this trip on your bucket list! Coasta and Danae were awesome Skipper, Guide, cook, you name it, they did it. If you like personal attention, these two will give you that. They are young, fun and professional. Beautiful boat, water, islands, and villages. My sister and I are in our 70’s, cousin 60 and the remaining passengers 50’s and 30’s. So good trip for all ages. You can’t beat the money value of this trip. It includes breakfast and most lunches. I would love to do this trip again."

"Xavier provided us with quality bikes for a day out in the Basque Country, perfectly adjusted to our fit and pedal types, and delivered direct to our apartment. He also gave us details of a stunning route over the mountains into Spain. There is no shop, but response to emails is very quick so we were sorted in no time. We'll be back."

"I'm an influencer who has actually hosted a trip with Trova and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. they do NOT care about you, they only care about money. They set us up in a moldy hotel, lied about the itinerary, and refused to give us all a refund. They also have a 100% no slander policy which is probably why you don't see alot of influencers talking about their experience. DO NOT DO IT"

""We were under Nico, and our driver Kaitsu. our trip to Lapland was truly an adventure to remember. Accommodation was fantastic, it was Panimo cottage house, comfortable, cozy and close to the town area. "My husband and I took the day tour from Rome to Naples and Pompeii. This tour allows you to tour Pompeii on your own or an option for a guided tour. The tour guild handles all transportation from the train station from Rome to Naples to Pompeii and back to Rome. The tour guide also takes the small group on a very informative and fun walking tour through the heart of Naples and exposes you to the local cuisine and shops. We had a wonderful time and it was something we would not have done by ourselves. I highly recommend this tour. There is a lot of walking and not easy walking. Come prepared."

"We did the tour to Bangkok and Phuket in off season. We were concerned about the weather and if we would get a sub-par experience. But we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend Affordable World!! Great company. Very organized and thorough. Our tour guide was amazing! He explained all of our stops and even some extra tid bits about the country. We were transported in air conditioned vans/sprinters to every stop. We felt right at home!"
