"Michael from Wild N Happy gave my family and I the trip of a lifetime through the rugged beautiful north of Ireland. He quickly became one of the family and taught us far more than any guidebook could have. We covered history, ecology, politics and everything else under the sun. The adventures he took us on were world class. When we ran into a snag in the plan, Michael already had three solutions waiting for us. "Overall very good experience. Reservations were made and places were as advertised. There was a daily itinerary with more than you could do every day, so it was up to you to pick and chose, depending on your inclination and interests. This is not a "guided tour" where you just show up and all decisions are made for you, but an "interactive" vacation. It allowed us the flexibility to change the type of activities depending on the weather or if a certain type of activity was not turn out to our liking. An overall great way to see Iceland."

"Everything about Olde Ipswich gets high marks, including helpful, personal attention prior to selection of the trip, and successful efforts to accommodate personal needs during the trip. The small group size in the Dordogne trip (7) worked well. The itinerary was creative and thoughtful, providing interesting locations and activities, always with a personal and local touch. "I had to write this review when I saw the only review on here was so mediocre. We went earlier this year on an art tour of Florence. It was excellent, from booking to getting off the plane back in England. The hq staff, the tour guide and the expert were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The tour was brilliantly designed so we saw a great deal in a city of masterpieces, but never felt overwhelmed. The hotel was excellent. The meals were very good. It is expensive, but taking into account the quality of the hotel and the expertise of both the Martin Randall staff and the art historian it really is good value. The whole trip was good fun, enlightening and ran like clockwork. Nobody needs to go on a luxury tour accompanied by an academic - you could stay in a youth hostel and read a tour guide and see the same sights for a tenth of the price. But if you have the inclination and means then Martin Randall is an excellent choice. We have since booked another tour for next year, and I have my sights on two more."

"Did the 6-day Lost Fjords backpacking trip with Borea and couldn't be happier with that choice. Professional, safe, accommodating and cheerful, it was a fantastic experience to explore the beautiful Hornstrandir Nature Reserve. Borea has a welcoming basecamp in Hornvik too, which added some comforts to the trip. Wonderful memories that will stay with us from this trip!"

"They are just great!!! They have a no-nonsense ambience. The Dormitory is adequate, very clean and comfortable. The food was very tasty, homely and had a good variety. The activities catered to our satisfaction. They are provided with lots of patience. Every staff member is so friendly and they ensure that you enjoy the outing. We were a family with people from all are groups. They took care of every individual needs. Our aged mother was made very comfortable, and they arranged a chair for her at every activity area. We spent almost two days and one night. And we enjoyed every moment. If one is looking for a good outing, this is the place. Total value for money. Above all it's the passion of the staff that makes them better than most places around Bangalore."
