The star of the planning show was consultant Zannon, who booked accommodation at Tintswalo Lodge; so perfectly tailored to our family of five (grandparents, parents, 9-year-old granddaughter). It felt like we'd been VIPs in a National Geographic documentary (we got up close and touching a rhino and lion after a helicopter darting thanks to Riian our guide).
