"Recently completed our second walk with southwest walks. Again everything went well. Landscape was beautiful (even in the pouring rain), people on the walk/hike with us were all fine folks, and nothing I have ever known was like the care and attention we received before the trip. They make travel as painless as possible and take care of all the details you might want them to. We were well cared for [and very well fed] throughout."

"I had to write this review when I saw the only review on here was so mediocre. We went earlier this year on an art tour of Florence. It was excellent, from booking to getting off the plane back in England. The hq staff, the tour guide and the expert were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The tour was brilliantly designed so we saw a great deal in a city of masterpieces, but never felt overwhelmed. The hotel was excellent. The meals were very good. It is expensive, but taking into account the quality of the hotel and the expertise of both the Martin Randall staff and the art historian it really is good value. The whole trip was good fun, enlightening and ran like clockwork. Nobody needs to go on a luxury tour accompanied by an academic - you could stay in a youth hostel and read a tour guide and see the same sights for a tenth of the price. But if you have the inclination and means then Martin Randall is an excellent choice. We have since booked another tour for next year, and I have my sights on two more."

"We did their Tromso, Northern Lights & Arctic Coast tour but customized it to add some cities and days. Wonderful experience in working with this travel group, they were very responsive and helpful. Very happy with all the lodging and tour arrangements. It is a self guided tour and we received an excellent itinerary with all the reservation and travel directions we needed. We were fortunate enough to see the Northern Lights but there are no guarantees and it would have been a great trip regardless. Norway is a gorgeous country and everyone was very helpful to these American visitors."

He was both honest and patient with us, and made sure we took as much time as we needed to finalize a trip that felt right for our group. "I was very excited to support a Canadian company, but unfortunately, this trip was anything but blissful. The tour guide was unprofessional, incompetent, and inappropriate. He was reported in the middle of the trip because of how vulgar he was being with the girls on the tour. Guided tours are supposed to be a haven for young, solo travelers and, unfortunately, this tour was the nightmarish opposite. If you plan on booking a trip with this company, please dig into who your guide will be, how many trips they have done, and what kind of reviews they have had. Additionally, the accommodations, activities, and transportation included in this trip cost a sliver of what I paid. I completely understand the additional cost of paying the full-time guides, and the price of convenience that comes from a trip being planned for you, but unfortunately, I did not get my money’s worth with LBW. Following my friends and my dissatisfaction with the tour and the inappropriate guide, LBW’s customer support team was unfortunately slow to respond, disorganized, and inconsistent with their suggested solutions. Please, save your money, and book with another company."

"As first time travellers we were completely put at ease by booking with Euroventure. We chose to do the 3 week 'Whole Hog' where we visited 10 cities, and all of our queries were answered by Euroventure before the trip and during the trip both quickly and efficiently. The fact that a travel pack was sent to us made the trip more enjoyable and less stressful as everything was sorted before we left - we had the most amazing time!!
