Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your travel services, you must submit your request to us in writing by email or postal mail. The date that Adventure Life receives the written cancellation determines the cancellation charge applicable.
Cancellation Fees for Land-Based Tours Per Person/Per Trip
Prior to Departure and Fee exits
70 or more is Deposit
30-69 is 50% of total tour cost
0-29 is 100% of total tour cost
The cancellation schedule set forth in this paragraph does not apply to Galapagos and worldwide cruises and some land-based tours. Those tours are governed by a different cancellation schedule, which is outlined on the tour's web-page.
There are no Exceptions to this cancellation policy, including for reasons related to weather, terrorism, civil strife, personal, family or medical emergencies or any other circumstances beyond our control. For this reason, we strongly advise you to purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance at the time of booking, as this will cover trip cancellation charges in certain circumstances.
