The Eclipse is unique in offering the generous accommodation of a larger vessel, while preserving the atmosphere and exclusivity of a smaller yacht.

Cancellation by the Client
Cancellation by the client must be made in writing. (The cancellation terms stated above for failure to timely pay apply even if you do not submit a cancellation in writing.) Cancellation fees will apply. The date that AdventureSmith Explorations or its agents actually receive the written cancellation (either by letter or email) determines the cancellation charge that will apply.
The cancellation terms that apply to your tour may vary from the terms stated here. In that case, you will be provided with those terms in addition to this document. The cancellation terms that apply to a specific tour will govern. In all other circumstances, these cancellation terms apply.
Except as explained above, cancellation fees are as follows:
Days prior to Trip Start Date Fee and Fees Per Person / Per Trip
91 days or more will be 50% of deposit
31-90 days is 50% of total tour cost
0-30 days is 100% of total tour cost
5 Breakfast, 5 Lunch and 5 Dinner
Families & Children Children under 12 sharing a cabin with an adult receive a discount of 25% (not available on holiday departures). Families can be accommodated in select Deluxe triple cabins, which have a bed for a third child traveller. Only one child discount applies in triple cabins. Children booked in single cabin or in double cabin for single use pay the adult rate. Minimum child age is 7 years old, except on designated family departures where the minimum age is 4 years old. Special family departures aboard the Eclipse are designed with kids in mind. Cabins are prepared with colourful amenities such as kid-friendly toothbrush holders and Galapagos themed stuffed animals - theirs to keep! A special Child Coordinator, a certified Galapagos Naturalist Guide, organizes discovery and learning exercises, which children can record in their own special logbook. Child-friendly menu selections and special nights like Make Your Own Pizza and Ice Cream Festivals are available. Various activities will be coordinated according to group ages, preferences and dynamics: movie night, game night, colouring, captain's presentation at the stern and more.
