Arrive in San Jose’s Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) anytime today. After clearing customs and immigration, proceed past the glass doors and meet the airport arrivals manager who will transfer you to your San José hotel tonight, the centrally located Casa Conde Hotel, in a standard suite.

All cancellations must be advised in writing. Cancellation of a booking or failure to join a tour will result in a retention of funds by Adventures Within Reach as follows.

61+ days prior to departure: Full deposit retained by AWR (no refund)
60-31 days prior to departure: 50% of total price retained by AWR
30 days - Departure Day / no show: 100% of total price retained by AWR (no refund)
Full Payment Due: 60 days prior to trip

** Note: The minimum age for the Pacuare River rafting is 12 years. In case you are traveling with younger children or older travelers, you can run the milder Reventazon River, with the cost staying the same.
