Itinerary
We fly in the morning from Bucharest to Venice (Treviso), rent a car and go directly to climb the Mangart peak - 2678m (approximately 2.30-3 hours from Treviso). In the evening we stay in Bovec resort, where, by the way, we will make our base.
A more relaxing day. We will spend half of this on the water, rafting on the river Soca.
In the first part of the day we climb a short via ferrata route on the top of Kanin - 2587m (for this we will climb by cable car up to 2000m). In the afternoon we relocate to the Mojstrana area, to prepare for the ascent of the Triglav.
Triglav cannot be missing from a tour of the Slovenian Alps. It will be a long and hard day: we will climb the peak and descend on the same day. But the mountain is too beautiful not to be worth it. We stay overnight in Bled.
From the mountains to the sea: on the last day we relax on the Adriatic in Italy. We have about 2 hours to drive to Grado. Grado is a small resort located on top of a peninsula, located between Trieste and Venice.
Early in the morning we return to Treviso (1.30 hours) to fly to Bucharest.
