Today you begin your journey by boarding your international outbound flight to Sydney.

You will arrive into Sydney today and transported to your city accommodation where you will stay for three nights. Take an hour long guided tour of the Sydney Opera House, learning about its unique architecture and history.
Enjoy a full day tour of Sydney today, visiting the city's many highlights including a number of its diverse suburbs and fantastic beaches. In the evening head out to one of Sydney's excellent restaurants - we'll provide you details of our recommended options before you depart so you can make the most of your time here.
Today you'll head out on a small group tour to the famous Hunter Valley where you'll be able to enjoy a number of cellar door wine tastings as well as a gourmet lunch.
Today you will fly to Adelaide where you will stay for two nights. The rest of the day is yours to spend exploring. We recommend spending visiting the Migration Museum, a great place to gain insight into how Australia's population has formed over several generations of immigrants.
Take a wine tour to the McLaren Vale today, enjoying sensational views over the vineyards and rolling hills as you stop for lunch. During the tour you'll be able to try a number of different wines along with locally produced cheeses, olive oil and almonds.
Collect your hire car in Adelaide this morning before embarking on the scenic drive into the outback and the dramatic Flinders Ranges. Settle into your traditional homestead accommodation tonight ready for a day of exploring tomorrow.
Enjoy exploring the highlights of the Flinders Ranges today. A great option is to take a scenic flight and experience the rugged nature of the region and its dramatic topography in all its glory.
Heading out of the Flinders Ranges, the Clare Valley makes for lovely stop and offers some more excellent wine tasting opportunities.
Spend the day touring local wineries of the Clare Valley and of course indulge in a little wine tasting.
It's a short drive to the famous Barossa Valley today where you can enjoy exploring some more world famous wineries and relax among the picturesque vineyards.
Head back to Adelaide today for your onward flights.
