Day 1 - Day 5: Hotel Casa Verde 4 nights 2 Adults
Casa Verde is a home away from home in historic Santa Marta, Colombia. Originally a Republican house built in the 1920′s, it has been restored and refurbished to host a nine room hotel, right in the heart of Santa Marta. It is truly the home of the guests as you will always be welcomed with a smile and the team at Casa Verde provides exceptional service to meet all of your needs. The hotel is situated around a tranquil, shaded courtyard that invites guests to lounge on the hammocks, or take a dip in the pool that provides an essential escape from the Santa Marta heat. Casa Verde is located in the heart of the historic district in Santa Marta, amongst wonderful restaurants and nightlife and just minutes away from Santa Marta’s beautiful parks, cathedrals, and the water.

Beautiful cabins located right in front of the main entrance of Tayrona Park (zaino) less than 5 minutes walking, it is a 10-hectare plot of land bathed by the majestic Piedra River, a privileged place for its location and comfort. - All cancellations must be made in writing to info@bnbcolombia.com and will not be accepted via telephone. In case of a cancellation or change to plans already booked, we advise clients to contact us immediately for a solution, however, cancellation fees may apply.
Day Tours & Private Transfers:
- If you wish to change or cancel your reservation for any reason 48 hours or more prior to the start of your tour or transportation you will receive a full refund, which will be provided within 7 working days.
- If you wish to change or cancel your reservation for any reason less than 48 hours prior to the start of your tour or transportation you will lose the complete value of your tour and/or transportation.
- “No Shows” will lose the complete value of your tour and/or transportation.
Private Package Tours:
- All deposits are 100% non-refundable (Lifetime credit available).
- “No Shows” will lose the complete value of the tour(s).
- Free date changes for any reason 31 days or more prior to the start of your Private Package Tour. Except for any non-refundable expenses incurred by BnB Colombia Tours, such as flights and accommodation.
- If you cancel your reservation for any reason 31 days or more prior to your scheduled Private Package Tour start date, you can be reimbursed the full cost of your Private Package Tour minus the non-refundable deposit of 25% (30% deposit if flights are included) of the Private Package Tour cost + the costs of any non-refundable expenses incurred by BnB Colombia Tours, such as flights and accommodation. After any non-refundable expenses are removed, the deposit shall be held as a Lifetime Credit for you!
- If you wish to change your reservation for any reason less than 31 days prior to the start of your Private Package Tour, a 50% re-booking/cancelation fee will be assessed and required to confirm any changes + the costs of any non-refundable expenses incurred by BnB Colombia Tours, such as flights and accommodation.
- If you wish to cancel your reservation for any reason less than 31 days prior to the start of your Private Package Tour, you will lose the complete value of your Private Package Tour minus the non-refundable deposit of 25% (30% deposit if flights are included) of the Private Package Tour cost + the costs of any non-refundable expenses incurred by BnB Colombia Tours, such as flights and accommodation.
- After any non-refundable expenses are removed, the deposit shall be held as a Lifetime Credit for you!
Group Package Tours (Shared Package Tours):
- All deposits are 100% non-refundable (Lifetime credit available).
- “No Shows” will lose the complete value of the tour(s).
- Free date changes for any reason 90 days or more prior to the start of your Group Package Tour. Except for any non-refundable expenses incurred by BnB Colombia Tours, such as flights and accommodation.
- If you cancel your reservation for any reason 90 days or more prior to your scheduled Group Package Tour start date, you can be reimbursed the full cost of your Group Package Tour minus the non-refundable deposit of 30% of the Group Package Tours cost + the costs of any non-refundable expenses incurred by BnB Colombia Tours, such as flights and accommodation. After any non-refundable expenses are removed, the deposit shall be held as a Lifetime Credit for you!
