The total tour cost includes the tour price (regular or promotional) and the compulsory local payment. The promotional price is subject to change. Check directly with the operator for the latest price offer. The tour operator requires you to pay only the tour price to purchase your travel. The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.

The 20% deposit is not refundable.
All reservations cancelled fewer than 30 days prior to departure for mainland tours or 60 days prior to departure for Galapagos tours (computed by date of receipt of written cancellation notice) are subject to the following schedule of fees:
For mainland tours, if cancellation is received:
29 to 20 days prior to departure, 30% of the full price will be forfeited
19 to 10 days prior to departure, 50% of the full price will be forfeited
9 to 5 days prior to departure, 75% of the full price will be forfeited
4 days or fewer prior to departure, full payment will be forfeited
In addition, reservations cancelled 60 to 30 days prior to departure for mainland tours or 90 to 60 days prior to departure for Galapagos tours are subject to a $50.00 handling fee per person. Should an individual group member cancel, he/she should be replaced by another individual in order to avoid the cancellation fee.
Cancelled Trips
Ecoadventure, legal representation for Neotropic Travel Group, reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for any reason whatsoever. The refund of all payments received shall release Ecoadventure from any further liability. Ecoadventure is not responsible for expenses incurred by trip members in preparing for a cancelled trip (e.g., air tickets, visa fees, inoculations, equipment, etc.).
