Itinerary
You will be collected from Palamos bus station if arriving from Barcelona. A private transfer can be arranged from Girona airport at a small supplement. Welcome meeting, tour briefing and bike fitting over a glass of Cava.

Circular bike route exploring the foothills of the Gavarres and the vineyards.
Cycle to Calella de Palafrugell, a pretty former fishing village with quaint cobbled streets and 4 small sandy bays, perfect for your paddle board experience! Jordi your guide will be there to meet you and give you your equipment and some tips on how to get started. Relax on the beach before heading back to Palamos by bike.
Explore the coastal paths before enjoying some snorkelling off the rocks around the bay of La Fosca. Equipment and an underwater camera is provided.
Head over to the bay of Castells one of the last remaining totally unspoilt beaches on the Costa Brava. We have booked you a two hour sea kayaking session to explore the coastline and some of the amazing rock formations. It’s ideal for snorkelling so pack your gear as well as your swimsuit!

Distance: 34kms
Today’s cycle takes you to the medieval villages. You will be collected at 9.30 am and driven to Pals, a perfect example of a fully restored medieval village with great views from the top at El Pedro. You will cycle along quiet roads exploring many of these pretty villages before returning to Palamos by bike later this afternoon.
Cycle to Castells bay for some snorkelling. This afternoon we have booked you on a two hour sailing trip on the magnificent sail boat Pepa Banderas which sets sail from the bay of Palamos.
After breakfast you take the express bus back to Barcelona or alternatively we can arrange a private transfer back to Girona airport.
