- Emergency evacuation covers with AMREF Flying Doctors for Kilimanjaro trek.
- Hotel accommodation includes storage facilities for excess luggage during hikes.
- Kilimanjaro National Park rescue fees (Kilimanjaro Rescue Team) and Arusha National Park rescue fees.
- Chief guide carries a Pulse Ox meter, used to take blood-oxygen level readings of clients twice a day.
- Emergency oxygen (for use in emergencies only – not as summiting aid)
- Basic first aid kit (for use in emergencies only).
- Salaries for mountain support crew, as per required KINAPA and KPAP.
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as hot drinks on the mountain.
- Porter to carry your duffel bag, with maximum weight of 15kg / 32 lbs, from one camp to the next camp.

Cancellations Charges:
- The following cancellation charges will apply:
- 32+ days prior to departure – 25% of tour price
- 8 – 32 days prior to departure – 50% of tour price
- 7 days or less to departure – 100% of tour price
Please note that in cases where bookings have been made for external services such as accommodation, the cancellation charges incurred are the responsibility of the client. Please ensure that you are aware of such external bookings when making a reservation with us. Cancellations must be done in writing via email.
