The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.

Guests at the ranch enjoy the cozy ambience found in historic log lodges and rustic cabins. s are Western with traditional log furnishings and country quilts. Comfortable and cozy accommodations range from 1-3 bedrooms in log cabins or historic log lodges with massive rock fireplaces overlooking Flathead Lake. Cabins are nestled in the tall pines surrounded by lush green grounds filled with flowers on the lakes edge. Each lodge room joins a central lobby with a fireplace. All accommodations have daily maid service. The historic lodges and cabins are the perfect base camp for your family’s adventures.
Single family reservations cancelled 150 or more days prior to arrival date will be refunded the deposit less a $500 cancellation fee. Multiple family groups cancelled 150 or more days prior to the arrival date will be refunded the deposit, less a $500 cancellation fee per individual family unit. Any reservation cancelled less than 150 days prior to arrival date, including multiple family groups, will only be refunded if Flathead Lake Lodge is able to rebook the reservation with the same number of people. As stated, the $500 cancellation fee(s) will apply. We highly recommend trip insurance to cover any losses or interruption of travel plans due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds or adjustments will be made to your total package price for any changes within 60 days of arrival which result in shortening the length of stay or reduction in occupancy.
