Itinerary
Upon arrival at Keflavik International Airport, you will take the quick comfortable FlyBus to Reykjavik. Afterwards, you will meet in the lobby of your hotel in the afternoon and go out for the group dinner to get to know each other and discuss our upcoming adventure all over Iceland. The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.

If you cancel and the Workshop is otherwise filled, they will refund you the full amount you have paid towards the tuition, minus a $300 service charge. If you cancel and the Workshop does not fill, then you will be refunded according to the following schedule, based on the full fee of the Workshop: Greater than 60 days from the start date of the Workshop: full refund minus $300 fee. 45 days: 75% refund 30 days: 50% refund Less than 30 days: no refund Refunds will be paid by the same method that the original payment was made. Refunds will be initiated within 72 hours of the time that the request is approved.
