The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.

Accommodation
Cancellation penalties imposed by Ker & Downey suppliers are stringent, and are per person for land tour arrangements. The following cancellation terms apply effective as of the date Ker & Downey receives written notice of cancellation as to the land tour portion only.
Days prior to departure:
- More than 90 days prior to departure – 20% of tour cost;
- 90 to 61 days prior to departure – 25% of tour cost;
- 60 to 31 days prior to departure date – 50% of tour cost; (75% for Egypt cruises, 100% for Galapagos cruises, China cruises, and &Beyond properties);
- 30 days or less prior to departure – 100% of tour cost to include handling fee and liquidated damages for Ker & Downey
