The total tour cost includes the tour price (regular or promotional) and the compulsory local payment. The promotional price is subject to change. Check directly with the operator for the latest price offer. The tour operator requires you to pay only the tour price to purchase your travel. The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.

Accommodation
Payments and Cancellation: Cancellation penalties imposed by Ker & Downey suppliers are stringent, and are per person for land tour arrangements. The following cancellation terms apply effective as of the date Ker & Downey receives written notice of cancellation as to the land tour portion only.
Days prior to departure:
More than 90 days prior to departure – 20% of tour cost;
90 to 61 days prior to departure – 25% of tour cost;
60 to 31 days prior to departure date – 50% of tour cost; (75% for Egypt cruises, 100% for Galapagos cruises, China cruises, and &Beyond properties);
30 days or less prior to departure – 100% of tour cost to include handling fee and liquidated damages for Ker & Downey
Final payment is due prior to departure according to each supplier’s (airline, hotel, cruise line, transfer company, sightseeing operators, and other travel service vendors) terms and conditions involved in your travel booking. If final and full payment is not received by the applicable due date, reservations are subject to cancellation and deposits shall be forfeited.
