Booking

When booking a vacation package which does not include flights, a deposit of 20% or a minimum of $200 per person is required to confirm the booking. When booking a package which includes flights, a payment of the deposit and the full airfare is required to guarantee the flights. In the case that a booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to the travel date, a payment of the full price is required. The person making the booking is responsible for the party signed for on the booking form. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. When a booking is made on our website an immediate confirmation is sent. When a booking is made by email, fax, telephone or mail, a confirmation is sent to you when the payment has cleared and the contract is made. Most airfares are non-refundable and non-changeable.

Insurance fees and fees for changes are non refundable. 

Children rate:

• Children 6-11 years old traveling with 2 adults and sharing 1 DBL room: 25% discount (valid only per 1 child)
• Children 12 years and older pay full price as adults
• It is not recommended that children 0-5 years old travel on scheduled tours

All departures are guaranteed with minimum of 2 participants
