Itinerary

On your arrival in Cape Town, there is an included transfer to the hotel. At 18:00 there will be a pre-departure meeting in the lobby, and the rest of today is free to head out and explore South Africa's 'Mother City'.

Cape Town - Hermanus. Leaving Cape Town after breakfast, we travel along the scenic coastal route to Hermanus, arriving at around lunchtime. The afternoon is free to explore this pretty coastal town, and you can opt for a whale-watching cruise if you'd like the chance to get up close to some of the many species which live and breed in the waters of southern Africa.

Average age 40s - 70s but flexible age policy. Minimum age 10.If travelling with children parents need to be aware of the very long driving days (distances noted in the trip notes).
