Day 1 Dover Titan’s VIP door-to-door travel service collects you from home, for your journey to Dover, where our staff will greet you and assist with embarking Boudicca (3T+) in preparation for a late evening sailing. Day 2 At sea Enjoy a relaxing day at sea. Day 3 Cruising Lysefjord - Jøsenfjorden - Erfjorden - Karmsund, Norway Experience an unforgettable scenic cruise along the glassy waters of Lysefjord this morning. Carved into the landscape by glacier movement in the Ice Age approximately 10,000 years ago, Lysefjord is lined by magnificent and dramatic cliff faces - some soaring over 1,000 metres high. Early this afternoon we will get the opportunity to uncover the picturesque scenery of Jøsenfjorden, a beautiful rarely-visited waterway slicing into Norway’s rugged Rogaland County. Late into the evening, we cruise along the beautiful waterway of Erfjorden and then onto Karmsund. Day 4 Rosendal - Cruising Maurangerfjord and Furebergfossen Early this morning we arrive in Rosendal. Tucked away between majestic mountains and rolling valleys at the heart of Hardangerfjord, this pretty village presents picture-perfect sights. Once ashore, you can take some time to explore the 13th century Kvinnherad Church, the interesting Shipbuilding Museum or maybe pretty baronial manor, Baroniet Rosendal. You can venture further inland where there are tumbling waterfalls and spectacular glaciers to discover. Late this afternoon we cruise along Maurangerford and glide past the very pretty Furebergfossen Waterfall presenting ample photo opportunities. Day 5 Flåm - Cruising Nærøyfjord - Cruising Sognefjord We arrive in Flåm early this morning, a tiny village on the banks of Aurlandsfjord. Why not take a stroll along the waterside passing orchards and hamlets, cottages and farmland. Flåm is also perfectly placed if you wish to explore Nærøyfjord - the UNESCO World Heritage site is one of the most beautiful fjords in the world. Late into the evening we cruise Nærøyfjord which has been rated by National Geographic as the world’s number one national heritage site, before sailing into Sognefjord, one of the world’s longest fjords and the largest in Norway. Ship to shore tender service. Day 6 Bergen This morning we arrive in Bergen. Full of attractions, this Hanseatic city includes the UNESCO-listed Bryggen Wharf, with colourful timbered houses and cobbled streets; a vibrant fish market; and the Troldhaugen Museum, the former home of Norway’s most famous composer, Edvard Grieg. Bergen is framed by seven magnificent hills, the highest of which can be reached by a funicular railway. From the top there are spectacular views down to the harbourside full of welcoming cafés, bars and restaurants. Day 7 At sea Spend a day relaxing at sea as we sail home. Day 8 Dover We disembark after breakfast and you will be met and guided to your Titan vehicle, for the journey home.
