Itinerary
Day 1 London - Verona/Milan - Lake Garda Titan’s VIP door-to-door travel service collects you from home, for your journey to London Heathrow or Gatwick Airport for a direct, scheduled British Airways flight to Verona (2018) or Milan (2019). Transfer to the Hotel Savoy Palace (4T) or Hotel Desenzano (4T), where we enjoy a welcome drink on arrival. Day 2 Malcesine - Bardolino Travel to Malcesine, also known as the ‘Riviera of Olives’. There is time for lunch before we travel to Bardolino to a local winery. We enjoy a tour of the winery and experience the process of Italian wine making, sampling the local produce of three wines accompanied by the taste of a selection of local salami and cheese. Day 3 Verona This morning we travel to Verona, a beautiful city and one of the pearls of northern Italy. Day 4 Sirmione - Lake Como Today we visit Sirmione, with its Scaligeri Castle, before transferring to our hotel on Lake Como, the Metropole & Suisse Hotel (4T) or Hotel Como (4T). Day 5 Lake Como This morning, we take an excursion to one of Lake Como’s most famous villas, the Villa Carlotta. We then cross the waters to the splendid lakeside town of Bellagio and visit the Villa Melzi before returning to our hotel by coach. Day 6 Lake Como - Lake Maggiore A morning to relax before transferring to Lake Maggiore and our hotel on the lakeside, with breathtaking views of the Borromean Islands - the Hotel Simplon (4T) in Baveno. Day 7 Locarno We travel to Locarno to embark the Centovalli Train for a scenic journey to Domodossola. We return to the hotel by coach. Please note: this excursion may be operated in reverse order. Day 8 Borromean Islands Today we depart for an excursion to visit the Borromean Islands. Day 9 Lake Maggiore - Milan - London Today we depart for Milan Airport for a direct, scheduled British Airways flight to London Heathrow or Gatwick Airport. On arrival you will be met and guided to your Titan vehicle, for the journey home.
