Itinerary
Early morning at given time get transferred to Kathmandu domestic airport where short flight takes you to Lukla, enjoy great views of Himalayan range of peaks with Everest during this scenic 35 mins flight, on reaching Lukla, with time for refreshment and then start walk which leads at Phakding for overnight stop, after a fist day of gentle walk with few short ups and downs.
After overnight in Phakding located by the Dudh-Kosi River, starting morning walks on gradual trail to reach at the entrance of Sagarmatha National Park, after gathering information and park tickets, walk leads on nice river valley within green forest with last final climb of the day reaching at famous Namche Bazaar for two nights with rest days.

Today one of the long day and as well the walk of the adventure as our route leads to long downhill to a river bank and over Sagarmatha National Park near Monjo to reach Phakding, and then on easier route with last final climb towards Lukla for last overnight around high Khumbu and Everest region.
Achieving great success on Island peak climb, where morning flight takes you back to Kathmandu, after going through Tenzing-Hillary air terminal and boarding in a smaller plane to reach into hustle and bustle city life of Kathmandu and then back into your respective hotels.

Food and tea house condition:
Meals served in Tea-House and local lodge are of standard quality where for smaller groups can choose from the menu provided by the lodge, for bigger groups of more than 6 person where set meals will be fixed, this allows saving time and fuel of the lodge / country. Meals includes from typical Nepalese Dal / Bhat with lentil soup and seasonal vegetables, Sherpa / Chinese / Indian dishes to Continental meals where you will be surprised with the food list on the menu for mountainous country can offer some of your homely delights like fresh bakeries cakes, pie and breads.
All foods served are healthy and hygienic that is why lodge trekking is more popular in Everest and other Himalayan area of Nepal.
Room accommodations are clean and spacious on most places where you can book for attached bathroom / toilets or common. With large cozy dining room with fire place to keep the room warm, on higher
places where attached bathroom / toilets might not be available due to harsh and cold temperatures where one have to use common toilet, which you will agree and wise.
