"Hello , first there is no airport transfer at all as they mentioned in the trip program , no one waited us at the airport as they mentioned that we should provide them with the flight schedule but unfortunately they neglected this service for arrivals and for departures as well , the level of the hotel in Lyon is under expected maybe 2 stars , the hotels are somewhat away from the city center which makes the transportation for the clients cost more and waste of time , the guide was very quick in her steps without even looking at the families and children and not being able to follow her . "DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I booked my spring break trip with them as well as another trip in April. I was sent home from my study abroad program in Florence due to the COVID-19 outbreak and am now unable to go on the trips. When I first tried to cancel, they refused to refund any of the money I spent. Their cancelation policy was very unclear and they refuse to take responsibility. They stated they are unable to give back refunds on multi bookings, which they did not inform me of when I went into their office or when I booked my trips. I think this it is very unethical it is clear costumers do not come first to them, money does. They then offered a 50% refund, which is not acceptable to me. I spent over a thousand dollars with this company and receiving $524 as a refund is nowhere near enough. I am very frustrated and disappointed, this company obviously does not care about its costumers. I will be sure to share my experience with others to prevent them from going through the same thing. I would recommend BOOK WITH SMART TRIPS, they actually give back full refunds for trips."
