"This was our first time using Explore. We have used other companies before and so this was our 'tester'. 1) Group size is one of our first considerations as it makes a huge difference as to how well people on the group bond with each other. This was the perfect group size. 2) The booking process was easy and we found it easy to talk to an Explore rep when making the booking which included flights and extra nights. 3) We loved the Explore app and having the daily itinerary on our phones. 4) The itinerary itself was well planned and covered a lot of areas. 5) Finally, the tour guide was as good as any we've experienced and help make the trip very enjoyable and memorable."

"4th and final part of our se Asia tour. Another wonderful experience, this time in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Again our guide was really knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He gave us lots of information about the sites we visited, took photos of us (saving us from having to take selfies!) and allowed us time to take our own photos. He even took video of monkeys for our granddaughters whilst I climbed to the top of a temple. He also gave recommendations for a wonderful restaurant to visit in the evening. I would also commend our driver who provided plenty of cold water and cold towels when we arrived back at the car. These were especially welcome after walking around Angkor Wat in 36c temperature. The hotel on this part was a little disappointing but was adequate and didn't detract from the overall experience. Now sitting in the airport starting the long journey home but with a memorable holiday to look back on."

"Found company on the internet and we were a bit nervous. Alick Peng put a 12 day tour together for us, our dates didn't fit in with a full guided tour, and it was magnificent. We enjoyed every day, hotels, food and especially the guides, Ayumi especially. The itinerary was first class and we even managed to travel between towns on our own. Tickets, routes, and guidelines were clear and easy to follow. The only time we got lost was trying to get out of Tokyo station. Once again, thanks."

"Wilderness Travel is the BEST company to choose for the Galapagos Islands! We went as a family of 7 and every expectation was blown out of the water. Their team in the office quickly and thoroughly answered all our questions leading up to the trip (and we had a lot), and once we arrived we felt like we had the islands entirely to ourselves! Obviously, the animals were incredible (I was able to see everything on my "wishlist"), but the trip leader is really who made this a once in a lifetime trip. Fernando was kind, patient, funny, and an encyclopedia of knowledge (of course I've forgotten 90% of what I learned already!) He would give short "presentations" at the end of most days explaining the history of the islands, the geology, evolution, Darwin, and how modern politics affect tourism (for better and worse), which added a whole other dimension to our experience.. The boat crew was also magical. We were welcomed with tea and hot snacks immediately after returning from snorkeling excursions, fresh juice and fruit after walks in the sun, and feasts every night with a shocking amount of variety in meals. We were also traveling with a young child and the staff was extremely helpful (even offered babysitting during dinner) in making our trip as easy as possible. We were on the boat "the Passion" and there was a wonderful outdoor dining table that we ate at almost every meal, giving us nearly 360-degree views of the islands as we sailed to the next destination. It's one of the nicest yachts I've been on -- multiple different areas to lounge, a big screen TV/movie area, spacious bedrooms, and there was even a HOT TUB on the top floor! We would go back again in a heartbeat!"

"My wife and I recently enjoyed the Japan Classic Tour. At first, we doubted Super Value's veracity, as what they offered seemed too good to be true for the asking price. Comparable tour companies paled in tour value and substantially exceeded SV's costs. But SV delivered in every way possible: stellar hotels, superior transportation, excellent and abundant authentic Japanese meals, interesting venues and local tours, and unique country special offerings (such as visits to Onsons, traditional baths; famous gardens; and a night at a Ryokan). Above all, SV - - in this case Tour Guide Eriko - - provided the most careful, attentive and personal service to each and every guest imaginable or possible. Eriko is university educated, smart, witty, pleasant, with excellent knowledge of Japanese history, culture, art and modern traditions. Her English was near flawless. Far above and beyond any expectations, Eriko worked tirelessly to ensure every guest's personal comfort, particularly regarding meals, accommodations and airport transfers.
