Ride along desert ridges overlooking massive valleys, expansive deserts, and through many of the states 19 historic pueblos. Make an included trip to the incredible Taos Pueblo, a UNESCO world heritage site regarded as the oldest continuously inhabited community in the US. Keep your balance while crossing 800ft above the powerful Rio Grande River on the Gorge Bridge. Recharge in the mineral rich natural hot springs of Ojo Caliente. If the springs aren’t enough, feed off the fallout in Los Alamos, the birthplace of the atomic bomb. The Enchanted Circle Scenic Byway will put your lungs to the test as you cycle the state’s highest peak, Wheeler Mountain, while looping through valleys, mesas, and national forests.
