Itinerary
Today you begin your journey by boarding your international outbound flight to Entebbe.
You will be met on arrival by your private driver/guide and will set off on your exciting journey north to the Murchison Falls National Park, through some fantastic scenery. Arriving into the park in the mid afternoon, you'll have time to settle into your room at Nile Safari Lodge and relax.
A day to enjoy game viewing in Murchison Falls, home to elephant, hippo, buffalo, giraffe, lion and more. A great way to spend the day is to do a game drive in the morning followed by a boat safari in the afternoon.
Visit the top of the Murchison Falls this morning before you drive south to the Budongo Forest Reserve where you will go chimp tracking. Led by your guide, search for these lively primates before staying overnight in an eco-lodge in the heart of the forest.
After breakfast, you will have the opportunity to go rhino tracking at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary before you continue on to Jinja. Arriving in the afternoon, settle into your luxurious room at Wildwaters Lodge, your base for the next two nights.
Enjoy a boat trip on the Nile today in the original and refurbished African Queen (made famous in the film of the same name starring Humphrey Bogart). Other excursions you can enjoy whilst here (payable locally) include white water rafting, quad biking, horse riding and a village walk.
Depart this morning for Entebbe Airport.
Arrive home today to complete your journey.
