Changes to train departure dates (either rail only or as part of a package) within 70 days of the start of your trip constitute a full cancellation. Rescheduling to a different date will not be permitted. Changes to train departure dates (either rail only or as part of a package) 71+ days before the start of your trip will constitute a full cancellation and the loss of deposit. Rescheduling to a different date will be treated as a new booking.
Additional non-refundable deposits may be applied in excess of the amounts listed above to some vacation packages that include flights, cruises or additional rail days.
