The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.

Accommodation
For extended tours, cancellation of your booking must be in writing or by email to Extreme Event Ireland. When written notification has been received by Extreme Event Ireland a fee of $29 will be levied to cover administration costs.
- You are entitled to a full refund only if you give us 14 days notice of your intention to cancel.
- You are entitled to a 50% refund if you give us 7 days notice of your intention to cancel.
- If you choose to cancel 7 days before the start of your tour, no refunds will be granted. You can choose to change your tour departure to another date (subject to availability). Permission to do these 48 hours before departure is subject to a $29 euro fee and is entirely at the discretion of the Extreme Event Ireland Management.
- If the reason for your cancellation is covered under your insurance policy, you may be able to make a claim under that policy.
