- If a tour is cancelled more than 8 weeks prior to departure, all payments (except for your deposit) are refundable.
- If a tour is cancelled from 4-8 weeks prior to the tour 25% of the tour cost is forfeited.
- If a tour is cancelled from 2-4 weeks prior to the tour 50% of the tour cost is forfeited.
- If a tour is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost is forfeited.
